The North Central RTD Blue Bus offers flexible, on-demand rideshare transportation options within specific zones, allowing passengers to book a ride for just $1.00 per trip. This service is available through the MyBlue™ app or by phone, making it easy for residents in areas like Taos, Española, Pojoaque, Nambé, and Edgewood to access convenient curb-to-curb transportation.
Additionally, the Fixed Route Flex service extends travel options, providing ¾-mile flexibility from any fixed route for a fee. Whether you need a quick trip to a nearby destination or a more flexible option, these services are designed to meet the unique transportation needs of rural and underserved communities.

Paratransit/ADA Services
NCRTD provides complementary ADA paratransit service for eligible riders unable to use fixed-route buses. This origin-to-destination service operates during the same hours as fixed routes and is curb-to-curb.

Reservation & Fare Policies
Reservations:

Must be made at least 1 day to 14 days in advance (first come, first served)

Requests by phone are taken 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)

Monday & post-holiday reservations must be left via voicemail or in-app
- Same-day reservations accepted if space is available. Riders must have a confirmed booking in the system to board MyBlue. We do not allow walk-ups to ensure that scheduled rides are not delayed.
