NCRTD Board Meetings occur in-person at the Jim West Regional Transit Center in Española, New Mexico, USA, 1327 North Riverside Drive Española, New Mexico, 87532. Meetings are available to attend online via Zoom. Normally, the regularly scheduled meetings of the Board will be held on the first Friday of each month and begin at 9:00 am.
