You’re not alone. Sometimes our fixed-route bus service isn’t the best option for everyone’s needs. That’s why the Blue Bus offers MyBlue™—a revolutionary on-demand rideshare service designed to help you get where you need to go, when you need to get there.
Convenience at Your Fingertips
Unlike a regular bus route, MyBlue™ provides door-to-door trips within the designated travel zones surrounding Española, Edgewood, Pojoaque-Nambé, and Taos, New Mexico. This first-come, first-served service is similar to Uber or Lyft but with one major difference: affordability. With MyBlue™, you only pay $1 per trip! Need to get to someplace outside the zone? Connect to one of our free Blue Bus™ routes serving dozens of communities across North Central New Mexico Even better, trips within the Pojoaque-Nambé Zone are completely fare-free until you travel outside the zone.

We’ve made it simpler than ever to book your ride with MyBlue™. Using our easy-to-navigate app, you can:

Prefer not to use a smartphone? No problem! Call our toll-free number at 866-206-0754 ext. 1 to speak with a friendly Customer Service Representative who will help you schedule your ride. Fares can be paid electronically through the app or with exact cash to your driver at the time of pickup.
How Does MyBlue™ Work?
Although you may share a vehicle with other passengers to maximize efficiency, this shared-ride system helps keep fares low and service available for everyone in the community. It’s a win-win for affordability and sustainability!
Here’s how easy it is to get started:
- Download the App: Search for “MyBlue North Central RTD” on the Google Play or App Store and download the app.
- Create Your Account: Follow the simple steps to set up your profile.
- Set Your Location: Enter your current pickup location and your destination.
- Choose Your Service Time: Book your ride at least 24 hours in advance or schedule up to two weeks ahead. Service is available on weekdays only at this time.
- Confirm Your Zone: Select the zone you’re riding in—Edgewood, Española, Pojoaque-Nambé, or Taos.
- Arrive Early: Be at your pickup location 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
- Enjoy Your Ride: Relax and leave the driving to us!
